About Nomadic Duo

“Homeless” by choice

In early 2014 we realized that we were approaching an empty nest and had barely scratch the surface in regards to scratching off any bucket list items. We started to travel in 2014 and came up with a plan to see all 50 states before we turned 50 years old. During the next several years we learned that we enjoyed traveling, but we’re always wishing for more time to discover hidden gems in the places we were traveling to. We began tossing around the idea of selling our home and traveling full time. Our goal through this blog is to share with you our adventures and life experiences while living our dream. We hope to motivate you to get out of your comfort zone and get going on your next, life-changing adventure!
